Refunds are limited because Last Friday generates digital work immediately.
Our commitment
Last Friday helps you evaluate a posting and create a tailored resume draft from the profile you provide.
Paid access
Paid access, when offered, unlocks continued use of the tailoring workflow for the roles you choose.
Refund eligibility
Because Last Friday is a digital service that delivers AI-generated content immediately upon upgrade, we generally do not offer refunds once paid access has been activated and AI-generated content has been produced for your account.
However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error, such as a duplicate payment
- You paid but the platform was completely inaccessible and you received no service
- A technical error prevented you from accessing paid features after payment
How to request a refund
Email us at christoworkprofile@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with:
- The email address on your account
- Your Stripe payment receipt or order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will review all requests and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We take every concern seriously and prefer to resolve disputes directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
No refunds for results
Last Friday is a tool for tailoring resumes. We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Refunds are not available on the basis of not receiving interviews or job offers. See our Disclaimer for details.
